Bing Crosby’s
1342 Broadway Plaza Walnut Creek ,CA 94596 - (510) 374-2464

Bing Crosby’s

Since we are talking about food and things,
have any of you experienced Bing ’s?
Crosby’s,
that is, a fine restaurant you can bet
In the east bay in Walnut Creek just past Lafayette
Lovely décor a bar with elegance and zing
Of course the theme, who else but Bing

A marvelous wine list alive with tradition
A Piano Bar that takes requests, a very nice addition.
Bing’s is cool & collected and some nights calmer
Mainly due to the cool style of Executive Chef Frank Palmer.

You go to Bing’s and you are automatically merry
Everyone and everything beautiful its almost scary.
But fear not my friends because it’s understood
That the food itself is very good.

Very good I have to say
Very good in every way.
Let me put into words exactly how I feel
The duck was to die for and so was the veal.

I had the duck with an orange raspberry sauce that tasted like jam
And my date practically left me for the lamb.
Before you say to yourself Walnut Creek, that’s very far
Imagine eating the duck paired with a 2002 Pinot Noir.

Also imagine if you can, a very talented piano man,
playing songs we thought forgotten
He made songs sound good that I used to think were rotten.
So once again the Drew Review rates another winner at last
Bing Crosby was first rate and the restaurant that bears his name first class.
