Beautiful Napa has something wonderful and new
It’s a wonderful little gem, pure gold, yet bleaux
Bleaux Magnolia to be exact, French creole and great
Let me expound to you about the food that I ate.
The cornbread is most decidedly the way to begin
The sweet potato fries are a close second and are quite simply the living end
Then I had the gumbo that was just the opposite, it is to die for
I wish I could say I stopped but no I had a tad bit more
I then devoured the pulled pork lumpia, it was divine
Then I had them put the catfish on the line.
Now your saying this guy has to be full, he has to be through
Remember I am a reviewer I do this not for me, but for you
The Jambalaya came into the fold, perfectly done just like in the south
It seem to be right at home with perfect texture, in my mouth
Are you getting the message that the food is a little more than good
I enjoy this new establishment in Napa’s culinary hood
The service is exquisite transparent and precise
To be served properly and with courtesy itıs rare and it’s nice
I did have more food the best of it I’ve already said
You will love the desserts like most desserts they will go right to your thighs,
so try to keep your head.
The wine list varied and very germane
The owners Matt and Phillip obviously have their heads firmly in the game
I rate this one a true winner and so do my good friends Debbie and Sue
Until next time my friends eat well and I drink to your good health, as always
Sincerely Drew.
