CHEF - WINE SPECTACULAR Come dine and dance at a special venue and at the same time, learn a little bit from the Chef. It’s a special evening that begins about 6:00 p.m. with light appetizers and mingling about. At 7:00 p.m., dinner is served - A special menu designed by and featuring the Guest Chef. At 8:30. the Chef takes the stage and talks about what you have just enjoyed. He or She will then open the floor for Questions and Answers. At 9:30, the tables and chairs are moved to the side and a Dance Party begins as a live band takes the stage, just so you can dance off that incredible dinner. That's why it’s "Spectacular".
