Good Life with Style Private Wine Clubs made up of professionals committed to expanding and enhancing the restaurant and culinary industry, the print media and the beauty industry. This group is made up of individuals that have a combined 50+ years of experience. Private Wine Club has developed a program designed for top rated periodicals, restaurants and beauty salons. The program is designed to create immediate revenue and to increase long-term profits. The Private Wine Club will market the program for you and also provide strategies for you to market the program yourself. Private Wine Club will also train your staff so that you can maximize your revenues through the program. Please see the program information detailed below. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our Executive Director, Drew Brewer at info@conciergefavorites.net or by phone at 415.596.0060.

Program Overview

The basic concept is simple: Creating a private wine club within your periodicals, restaurants and beauty Salons. Why do this? For the same reason that the Price Club, Samıs Club and almost every supermarket in America offers private memberships: Having a membership program provides a perception of value. If you believe that you can get a better deal by becoming a member, you become a member. For the print media, restaurants and beauty industry, the concept of private membership is even better and more prestigious, and you market it as such. It is this perceived importance and exclusivity that makes the customer feel important. He/She feels liked and cared for and most importantly, your guest and/or client feels wanted. These emotions drive the sale of membership, and by providing this service to your customers, you acquire the coveted holy grail of any business, customer loyalty. A private membership program combined with a quality business will always equal repeat business.

How does the program work?

Guests pays $75/month for the private wine club (2 bottles per month)
You recieve $10.00 to $12.00 per private wine club member. They receive benefits that regular customers do not, including the suggestions listed below:

  • 10 - 15% off meals/beauty services
  • No corkage fee for up to two bottles of wine
  • Special functions that include menus for private wine club members only
  • Private wine club specials for members-only parties
  • Spa parties for private wine club members only
  • Private menus and services for private members only
  • Video e-mails of recipes from top chefs
  • Free Concierge services
  • Culinary events once or twice a month for members and their guests
  • Executive chef classes featuring special recipes for members only
  • Special dance events with live bands for members only
  • An Oscar night party for members only
  • Holiday parties for members only

All of this information will be outlined in a brochure provided by Private Wine Club. We suggest that this application is presented for restaurants after the main meal and just before the dessert. For beauty salons right after services have been provided. For the peiodicals, we suggest a one page ad for your Private Wine Club.

The Private Wine Club program is a great way to get an edge on the competition. More specific information on wine clubs and other forms of residual income is available upon request. We have substantial email lists to market your private wine club to local residence who may not frequent your restaurant, beauty salon or subscribe to your periodicals. We plan on using our video e-mail as an advertising tool for new customers.

We suggest a $10 commission for the server and/or staff member who sells the guest on the private club membership.

Benefits for the Private Wine Club Owner

More Customers. Members of the Private Wine Club will want to impress their friends with their special membership, and will invite them to dinner and parties more often. These private parties will result in more revenue for the restaurant and/or beauty Salon and more exposure for the periodical. Prestige. The fact that a Private Wine Club exists at your establishment puts the restaurant/beauty Salon/Periodical in a higher class of service, again resulting in more recognition and additional revenue. People like to feel that they are part of an exclusive club. Stay open. Having private members gives you the legal right to stay open late and serve alcoholic beverages past 2 a.m., which will result in more income for the restaurant. Service. Your customers will feel special because the extra attention they receive as a member of your private wine club. Taking even better care of your customers will create greater customer loyalty. In short, your guests deserve to be pampered by the creation of a private wine club. Referrals. You can’t buy this kind of P.R. Word of mouth will be one of the most effective advertising tools for your private club. News of your private wine club services will spread like wildfire and you and your staff will reap the rewards.

Again, please feel free to contact or email our Executive Director, Drew Brewer for more details.
