Throughout centuries and recorded history
The search has been on for the most excellent sushi.
There have been exaggeration rumors from Japan to Caan
Even here we have been under the impression there’s nothing better than Sausalito’s Sushi Ran.
What if I told you I have found a better place that I would go to today and manãna
It’s in Sonoma County in Rohnert Park its name is simply “Hana”
Hidden away from it all so only the tourist can see
Nestled right next to, of all places, Rohnert Parks Double Tree.
Creative menu, Master Sushi Chef, and innovator owner, and his staff
To find this hidden place in little Rohnert Park you almost have to laugh.
It’s not a fancy place in fact it’s one of the most unpretentious places you ever saw
But on the menu there is spider rolls, Rock n’ Roll, and even a heavenly Sushi Foi Gras.
There are wines in all forms from here and there
A hint of the aroma of miso soup is always in the air.
Service delightful and consistent as we should expect you understand
Excellent servers from America, Malaysia, and of course Japan.
Sushi, Sashimi, Tempura all of it beautifully presented
Inferior sushi restaurant are envious Hana’s perfection is definitely resented.
Small and quaint but not so hard to find
Definitely for connoisseurs of sushi with a Saki like mine.
Sushi restaurants for pure perfection as we know there are just a few
Hana the new Sushi Champion from Sacramento to SF - My opinion of course,
Sincerely Drew.
