TOP CHEFS PRESENTS RESTAURANT OUTLINE/OVERVIEW
Concept:
High end restaurants that specialize in showcasing some of the top chefs of the world. There will approximately 52 chefs a year, a brand new chef each week. The top chef will design the menu for his/her week, and work with our flexible kitchen staff to create an incredible culinary experience for our guests.
Benefits for Guests:
To experience the food from some of the top chefs of the world without having to travel all over the world. A destination restaurant that gives the guest an unparallel dining experience. The guests also have an opportunity to meet their favorite top chef; they will also be able to keep a signed menu as a memento of their dining experience. There will be big band entertainment featuring west coast swing, east coast swing, salsa and ballroom dancing. We hope this type of ambiance will bring back the importance of fashion and glamour to the dining experience. The state of the art bar will feature some of the most exotic drinks of the world and will also be a main attraction because it doubles as a fashion run way (more on the design of the bar is available upon request).
Benefits for the Chefs:
The chefs are acknowledged in the best way possible by being labeled Top Chefs. It is also a PR persons dream for the chefs because he or she will able to promote their own new restaurant and/or book etc. The top chef will receive a percentage of the net revenue from that week which may prove to be sizeable. Top Chefs will be televised nationally given the chef even more exposure and notoriety. This of course is a great way to promote the restaurant ongoingly.

. . . But it’s like a German chocolate cake all the ingredients must be there for it to taste good. Top Chefs Presents is the perfect concept because they inherently have 2 of the 5 elements already handled. The challenge for us is creating the ambiance and the service and top notch management. Training becomes the key and luckily we have access to some of the best trainers in the world.
Target Market:
Our target market is everyone who enjoys great food and loves to dine in style. Usually those demographics are male/female 32 to 65 years olds with an annual income of at least $80,000. More and more foodies are merging in the 21st century and Top Chefs Presents have plans on meeting that demand.
In summary:
This type of restaurant is coming with or without Top Chef Presents. Food and Wine has become entertainment, Top Chefs are treated like Rock Stars and the trend is growing.
